Jenny Cho, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Digestive Disease Consultants of Orange County, specializing in both inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology. Before transitioning to gastroenterology, she spent five years in critical care medicine, an experience that continues to shape her thoughtful and proactive approach to patient care.
In her current role, Jenny focuses on preventive care and develops personalized treatment plans that support collaborative decision-making. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in taking an active role in their health and long-term wellness.
Jenny completed her physician assistant training in the Midwest, where she was raised. While her family remains there, she values staying connected and enjoys visiting home whenever possible. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new foods, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
