Yasaman Shakeraneh, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Digestive Disease Consultants of Orange County, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in Gastroenterology.
She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University of California, where she received comprehensive medical training and developed a strong interest in the field of Gastroenterology. During her clinical rotations, she was drawn to the specialty’s unique ability to improve patients’ quality of life through preventive care, early detection, and the management of both acute and chronic digestive conditions.
Prior to pursuing her medical education, Yasaman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine. Her studies fostered a deeper understanding of diverse patient populations and reinforced the importance of communication, empathy, and cultural awareness in healthcare.
Fluent in Farsi, Yasaman values building meaningful relationships with her patients and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes, playing tennis, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
